8. Account and Data Deletion
Users who create an account with TopTayo have the right to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
Account deletion can be requested directly from within the TopTayo mobile application by navigating to the dashboard and selecting the Delete Account option. Users will be asked to confirm their request before the deletion process begins.
Once a deletion request is confirmed, the account and associated data will enter a deletion process. All eligible personal data will be permanently deleted within 5 days.
Data deleted includes:
- Account information
- Associated device identifiers
- Personal and contact details (if any)
Certain transaction records may be retained temporarily if required by law, regulatory compliance, or fraud prevention obligations. Such data, if retained, will be securely stored and deleted once the retention period expires.
