Users who create an account with TopTayo have the right to request deletion of their account and associated eligible personal data.

Account deletion can be requested directly from within the TopTayo mobile application by navigating to the dashboard and selecting the Delete Account option. Users will be asked to confirm their request before the deletion process begins.

Once a deletion request is confirmed, the account and associated eligible personal data will enter a deletion process. Eligible data will normally be permanently deleted within 5 days.

Information eligible for deletion may include:

Account information
Associated device identifiers
Personal and contact details associated with the account

Certain transaction, shopping order, payment, fraud prevention, accounting, security, or regulatory records may be retained when necessary or required by law. Any retained information will continue to be protected and will not be used for unrelated purposes.
